Google tip: on the results page, switch to the Exact matches tab — it skips the AI Overview and shows only pages with the same picture.

Engines came up empty? Ask us to find it: describe the clip and our AI agents search for it.

From GIF to full video in four steps

  1. Pause on the clearest frame. On a phone, screenshot it; on a computer, use your screenshot shortcut. Faces and distinctive rooms match best.
  2. Crop the frame. Remove captions, black bars and the watermark of the site you found it on.
  3. Search with Yandex Images, then Google. Look for tube pages, RedGIFs posts or a creator's profile showing the same scene.
  4. Got a name? Type it into the box that appears after your search. Her page has her profiles and a search on every big video site, ready to open.

Why GIFs are hard to trace, and how to get around it

A GIF is a short, compressed cut, often re-encoded several times, with a new watermark on every repost. Search engines index the original video's thumbnails and previews, not every GIF made from it. So searching with one sharp frame works better than searching with the GIF file: the frame looks like the thumbnail the engine has seen.

Questions

How do I find the full video from a GIF?
Pause the GIF on a clear frame, take a screenshot and upload it above. Search with Yandex Images first: it often finds the tube page, RedGIFs post or creator profile the clip was cut from.
Can I upload the GIF itself?
You can, but only its first frame is searched, and that is often a blurry transition. A screenshot of the clearest frame matches far more often.
Which frame should I use?
One where the face, the room or something distinctive in it is sharp and well lit. Skip frames with motion blur, captions or a site watermark across the middle. If one frame finds nothing, try another from the same GIF.
Where do porn GIFs usually come from?
Most are cut from a longer video on a tube site, OnlyFans or a creator's own page, and shared on Reddit, RedGIFs, X or Telegram. The original upload is usually older and sharper than the copies.
Is my image stored?
Nothing is sent until you pick an engine. Google receives your image straight from your browser. Yandex only searches by link, so for Yandex the image gets a private link on our server that stops working after one hour; the file is deleted within a day and never shared or listed.
Can it identify a person from a photo of their face?
No. These engines look for copies of the same picture online, not for people. Please don't upload photos of people who haven't agreed to it.
Is this reverse image search free?
Yes — free, with no sign-up and no limit on searches.
