Content removal and DMCA
Pornfind stores no photographs, videos or audio. A page here holds a name, the handles a creator posts under, and links to their public accounts. Media lives on the platforms we link to, and takedowns of media itself belong with them.
That said, a page about you on a site you did not ask to be on is reason enough to want it gone. The first route below exists for exactly that.
If the page is about you
Write to [email protected] with the address of the page and a line saying you want it removed. You do not need to cite a law, explain your reasons or send a formal notice.
So that we know the request comes from the person it concerns, send it from an address connected to one of the accounts listed on the page, or post a confirmation from one of those accounts and point us to it. We ask for nothing more than that — no identity documents.
We aim to act within 72 hours. Removal means the page is deleted and its address stops resolving; we do not keep a hidden copy.
If something is wrong rather than unwanted
Handles change and accounts close. If a page lists an account that is not yours, spells a name wrongly, or links somewhere it should not, tell us which part is wrong and we will correct it rather than remove the page.
Formal DMCA notice
If you hold rights in material and believe something here infringes them, send a notice to [email protected] including:
- Identification of the work you say is infringed.
- The exact address of the page you are complaining about.
- Your name, postal address and email address.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act for the rights holder.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Because the material itself is not hosted here, a notice aimed at media will usually need to go to the platform that serves it. We will still act on the page at our end.
Counter-notice
If something of yours was removed and you believe that was a mistake, write to the same address with the page that was removed, your contact details, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed in error, and your signature.
Repeat infringers
There are no user accounts on this site, so there is nothing to suspend. Where a pattern of infringement attaches to particular material, we stop linking to it.
